Your melati123 profile holds your username, email, phone number, and full name. When you first sign up, we ask for these details so we can send you account notifications, password-reset links, and withdrawal confirmations. You can update your email or phone number at any time from the Account Settings menu.
To change your email, go to Settings → Personal Information → Email Address. Enter your new email and confirm it via the verification link we send. Your old email remains active until you complete the verification, so you won't lose access during the transition. If you need to update your phone number for two-factor authentication or SMS notifications, follow the same path and select Phone Number instead.
Your username cannot be changed after account creation, so choose it carefully during signup. If you made a typo or want a different username, contact our support team and we can help you create a new account with the correct name.
KYC Verification and Identity Confirmation
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a legal requirement in most jurisdictions where we operate. When you first deposit funds or request a withdrawal, we ask you to upload a copy of your ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address. This process typically takes a few minutes to complete on the melati123 app.
Upload your ID photo clearly — make sure all four corners are visible and the text is readable. For your address proof, any document dated within the last three months works. Once you submit, our verification team reviews your documents. You'll receive an email or in-app notification when your KYC status changes to "Verified" or if we need you to resubmit anything.
Managing Payment Methods and Deposit Options
melati123 supports multiple payment channels so you can deposit and withdraw using the method that suits you best. Our most popular options in Indonesia are DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment for e-wallet transfers, plus e-wallet for quick-response code payments. For bank transfers, we accept mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual accounts.
To add a payment method, open Settings → Payment Methods → Add New Method. Select your preferred channel (e.g., mobile banking or local payment), and follow the on-screen prompts. For e-wallets, you'll be redirected to the app or website to authorize the connection. For bank transfers, we generate a unique virtual account number that you use for all future deposits to that bank.
Each payment method can be set as your default, so future deposits use that channel automatically. You can remove a payment method at any time, but we recommend keeping at least one active so you can access your account if you forget your password and need to verify your identity via a test deposit.
Withdrawal Requests and Review Windows
When you request a withdrawal on melati123, your funds go through a standard review process to confirm your identity and check for any suspicious activity. This protects both you and our platform. To withdraw, go to Settings → Wallet → Withdraw, enter the amount, and select your destination payment method.

Keeping your melati123 account secure is essential. We recommend updating your password every few months and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your region. To change your password, go to Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using personal information like your name or birthdate. If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, and we'll send a reset link to your registered email address.

melati123 sends you notifications about deposits, withdrawals, login attempts, and promotional offers. You can customize which notifications you receive and how you receive them (push notification, email, or SMS). Go to Settings → Notifications to adjust your preferences.
We recommend keeping login alerts enabled so you're notified immediately if someone tries to access your account from an unfamiliar device. You can also turn off promotional emails if you prefer not to receive offers during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or other holidays.
Device Management and Session Control
If you use melati123 on multiple devices (phone, tablet, desktop), you can see all active sessions in Settings → Active Sessions. Each session shows the device type, location, and last activity time. If you see a session you don't recognize, you can log out that device remotely to protect your account.
We also recommend logging out of melati123 on shared devices (like a family computer or internet café) before you leave. This prevents someone else from accessing your account after you've gone.
